TWO-STATION EMBOSSERS

Two-station embossers are designed for applications where two different patterns are run and changeover time must be minimized.

Standard designs include the c-frame stacked embosser where rolls are installed and removed horizontally or the two-position vertical top-loading embosser.

Two-station embossers allow quick changeover from one emboss pattern to another with only minimal adjustments. Each unit is custom designed and built with quality workmanship guaranteed.

THREE-ROLL EMBOSSER

Designed originally for the tissue industry, Industrial Engraving's three-roll embosser allows for quick, easy changeover from one rubber-to-steel emboss pattern to another.

The embosser frames contain a top and bottom steel engraved roll along with a rubber covered roll as the middle roll. By simply selecting the appropriate nip (upper/lower), the preferred rubber-to-steel embossing combination can be called to run. Changing from one emboss pattern combination to the opposite pattern combination involves only minor adjustments.

Three-roll embossers can be manufactured as new equipment or can be designed as rebuilt embossers utilizing existing frames and components. Each unit is custom designed to provide dependability while minimizing costly changeover time.

QUAD EMBOSSER

The quad embosser is a four roll unit designed for maximum versatility in rubber-to-steel embossing. The embosser frames contain two (2) different steel engraved rolls and two (2) different durometer rubber rolls. Either engraved pattern can be positioned to run against either durometer rubber roll. The resulting capabilities include high and low bulk versions of two (2) different embossed products from one machine without changing out rolls.

Roll combinations are controlled through the use of hydraulic actuaries. Only minor adjustments are required when changing from one rubber-to-steel combination to another. As with all Industrial Engraving equipment, the quad embosser is a custom designed machine built from precision parts with quality guaranteed.

THERMOBOND EMBOSSER

These vertical, two (2) roll units are of the same quality and similar design to Industrial Engraving's standard embossers. Each unit, however, can be customized for various thermobond or thermoform applications.

Designs incorporate the use of shell rolls constructed and supplied by various manufacturers throughout the industry. Standard features include hydraulic loading and mechanical roll adjustability to facilitate skew adjustment for uniform contact across the roll face.

Hardened calender rolls can be installed as engraved rolls, as smooth rolls, or in combination.
